Project Highlight: North & Vine Apartments
Project Overview:
Replacing Old Town's Father-and-Son plaza, North and Vine luxury apartment complex now bridges the gap between Clybourn Corridor and Old Town. These brick and glass upscale apartments stand 11 stories high and houses 261 units. The facility also has a dedicated 183 parking spaces for its residents. Two retail bays totaling 30,000 square feet takes up the ground floor. The development was put on by White Oak Realty Partners and Fitzgerald & Associates Architects - who are also responsible for Milieu on the Park and Arkadia in the West Loop; both LVS projects.
